"She's given me the tools and confidence to build a stronger partnership with my horse. Her attention to detail sets her apart."

Jessica S.

"She rides with incredible tact and understanding for each horse's individual needs. One of the most insightful trainers I've worked with."

Kate

"Her calm attitude and ability to listen to both the horse and rider's needs is exactly what I look for in a trainer."

Jessica C.

Your horse is stiff, one-sided, and nothing seems to fix it.

You've tried more circles. You've been told to "just bend them." But your horse still braces through the ribcage and feels like a completely different animal depending on which direction you go. The problem isn't your horse — it's that nobody taught you a systematic way to unlock the stiffness.

From Stiff to Supple gives you 6 ride-along audio lessons — pop in your earbuds and I'll coach you through every exercise, every transition, every decision point. From counter bend at the walk all the way to flowing shoulder-in to canter sequences.

What's Inside

1

The Walk: Building the Foundation

Counter bend, leg yields, and your first steps of shoulder-in. Everything starts here.

2

Walk + Trot: Spirals & Serpentines

Spirals unlock the ribcage. The leg yield becomes your trot launch pad.

3

Shoulder-In as the Trot Launch Pad

Pick up the trot from within the shoulder-in. Patterns get more complex.

4

Introducing the Canter

The spiral → leg yield → canter. Build up and all the way back down.

5

Trot & Canter Refinement

Counter bend at trot. Canter from a 10m circle. Everything flows.

6

Putting It All Together

Shoulder-in serpentines. Complex sequences. The ride you'll come back to forever.

Is this for you?

You should be comfortable walking, trotting, and cantering independently. You don't need to know lateral work yet — I teach you from scratch. This works for amateurs and professionals alike.

Try the free warmup lessons to get a taste of the ride-along format before you buy.

Yes, we give cookies mid-session.

Walk breaks and cookies aren't optional. This work is demanding, even at the walk. The breaks teach your horse that effort is followed by reward, not more effort. If that philosophy bothers you, this isn't the right course. If it makes you smile — welcome home.

Questions

What if my horse has never done shoulder-in?

Perfect — that's exactly where we start. Ride 1 introduces the concept through counter bending and leg yields before we ever ask for shoulder-in.

How long are the ride-alongs?

25-35 minutes each. That's your full riding session — warm-up through cool-down.

Is there a free preview?

Yes! Two free ride-along warmup lessons are available now — one for hot horses, one for stiffer horses. Same format as this course.Get them here →

What breed/discipline is this for?

Any horse, any discipline. I recorded it on my OTTB mare, but the exercises work whether you ride dressage, hunters, or just trail ride.

Your horse isn't broken. They're just stiff.

In 28 days, you'll have the tools, the system, and the feel to unlock your horse's suppleness — one ride at a time. And yes, there will be cookies.
